Abstract

Today there is a wide variety of vegetable oils and sometimes we find it hard to understand which oil is useful and which not too. First method-cold pressed oil at low temperatures. It is the most "natural " method to get the vegetable oil with the help of a presses. The seeds are placed in a press, and due to the strong pressure, the press is warming itself. The oil obtained does not heat over 40-42C: Such a low temperature will allow it to retain all useful components. The second method is the cold pressing after prior treatment. With this method of production, the seeds are first processed at high temperatures. For manufacturers This method is certainly advantageous: so, they can get not 27%, but 43% of the total amount of oil contained in the final product. The third method is extraction. This method is a fairytale for all manufacturers: with it can get 98% of raw material oil. From the point of view of the component elements of the balance is noteworthy of its unitary character. The production predominating (140.37%), but the implications of export and import operations are not to be neglected, in this respect the surplus trade balance should be established.
